The guy was paid $200 to fix the wood door frame and metal mechanism thats hold the storm door open. He quoted &200 for the service. He fixed the wood but couldnt affix the old spring (metal mechanism) to the storm door. He explained the it was installed wrong and there was no way to attach it. He took the whole $200 and left instead of buying a new one to install as quoted.
