we had a privilege of meeting Dr. Caffey through Novacure, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. On a weekend-when most doctors are unreachable- Dr Caffey went out of his way to visit our patient. That alone speaks volumes about his commitment to care. I have been a patient of Dr. Caffey’s since December 2008. Dr. Caffey has treated me for a chronic condition throughout these years requiring treatments every three weeks and regular lab work. Consequently, I have been in his office hundreds of times. He and his staff answer all my questions. I have always been treated professionally, respectfully and courteously. Though Dr. Singh was very nice and he was thorough in my lab work he said he conducted, I never even received any of my labs. They said the "bioreference" portal would show me the results, but it never did. Back in March he instructed me that I could go off of my iron meds because my iron had gone up, but we did not know why it was low. Within two months it was back down to dangerously low levels. I have tried contacting them and it took 2 calls to get a doctor to call me back, even though the first time they said he would. ... read more

Although the staff was friendly, my visit to NovaCure Consultants was an absolute nightmare. Despite arriving 20 minutes early for my 10:00 appointment, the office displayed a complete lack of professionalism. At 11:00, after enduring an hour of waiting in a limited seating area, I approached the receptionist to reschedule, only to be told they would call me back at 3:00.
