I went to navacare in richfield in march.I was in so much pain I was questioned by the therapist, about 45 minutes she worry about where I'm from. Then, my pain. And what's my background? I am struggling with pain. They built my insurance a few $100, and she never ever do anything. Now I have a $20 coupie, and they want me to pay it, and they didn't give me any service if you are different people with colors, don't go there, because they don't treat people like us. I get a recommendation from someone at my job to go to NovaCare I went there sit for about 45 minutes talking and taking note from the person do nothing not even a stretch nothing I don't know I don't recommend anyone to go there unless maybe I meet the wrong person but I'm not happy with my service
Easy to schedule appointments. Mason is a thoughtful therapist who listens and asks questions to ensure we get the correct treatment for me. Highly recommend!
