Absolutely love Ryan at Nova Care. He was super helpful and really cared to show me how to help myself with my shoulder and can tell he knows what’s he’s doing.
Ryan is an excellent PT .However the billing department needs a kick in the buttocks. Somehow my bill has gone to collections . I did receive statements and made several attempts to resolve through Novacare and no return calls or response. I called my insurance and they stated that the claim on 6/17 was never submitted. Yet they send it to collections and it was Novacare’s mistake. Time to find a new therapist.You can contact me by cell.
Ryan and Jake make sure I work hard to get movement back in my arm but they also take into consideration my pain level.
