Can’t say enough good things about NovaCare and my team of therapists, John and Kelsey. They are amazing and have me up exercising, stretching and walking without assistance going into my third week after total knee replacement. Feeling great and owe them so much for their kindness, support and motivation!
The staff is fine- the billing system is trash. I paid the requested co-pay all during therapy. When therapy ended in June of 2024 everything seemed fine. NINE MONTHS later, started receiving bills; $643 due, $462 due; $839 due, $221 due. I called. The representative stated NovaCare would begin a “deep audit”. Got a call 2 weeks later and was told I overpaid by $70 and there would be a refund. Refund received April of 2025. Now, Sept. of 2025 bills are arriving again. I absolutely love this place. Every single person in there is kind and fun and takes a potentially painful experience and makes it enjoyable. I actually looked forward to my sessions here. Highly recommend!
John has done a great job working with me, even he can see the improvement in my movement. He is really helping me.
