The care team at this facility is excellent — all the way to the receptionist. I’ve been coming here for about eight months, and the level of care has been consistently outstanding & I always look forward to my appointments. Cameron and Bryant were always adapting and evolving my care plan as my shoulder-blade issues changed. I was afraid my shoulder was never going to get any better, but after visiting NovoCare Lakewood for about 3 - 4 months I am well on my way to being close to normal. Cam and Bryant create a great atmosphere for healing. I always looked forward to my appointments . It’s not always easy, but the guys push you to achieve your goals. When you complete your PT they give you the tools to continue your success.
I first came to NovaCare in August when I was having pain in my ankles and feet. With the help of the two physical therapists at the Lakewood office I could tell after the first visit that they would be able to help me. Besides the exercises we worked on I found the environment of the office to be warm, welcoming and made me feel at ease. I looked forward to every visit. The guys, Cam and Bryant knew exactly how to address the problem I was having. Thank you for helping me and if the need comes again I know where I am going!
Big shout out to the whole crew at NovaCare Lakewood for a great first experience with PT!! Cam, Bryant and Sha not only provided great service and care, they made the experience enjoyable. Thanks to all three for their part as I worked to literally get back on my feet!
NovaCare located in Lakewood, Ohio provides excellent physical therapy services ! As the former Orthopedic Administrator at the Cleveland Clinic; I know the importance of this service; as I was responsible for P/T, O/T and Orthotics and Prosthetic. NovaCare take the extra steps with all patients, which I have witnessed personally. All ages should consider having the NovaCare take care of their needs.
