I can totally confirm all the positive reviews that others have posted here. This Leola Novacare is the BEST rehab place that I have ever been to, and I have been to at least 10 different places throughout Lancaster during the past 60 years of my life. I highly recommend doing physical therapy here! Greg, Ali, and the whole team are dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was able to see a vast improvement in less than a month!
This place is awesome. I have been to many therapists but this place has the best. If you are hurting and need help you should call and ask for Greg. He will fix your issues. I had been going for several issues and happened to have a big fall. Wasn't sure if I could get off the floor. Fortunately I was already scheduled for and appointment with Greg. Greg and the team at Leola are amazing at what they do. Within a few appointments the pain in my hip and neck subsided immensely. I still have a way to go to get back to normal but I know it’s going to take time and dedication. The group in Leola NovaCare show genuine care for their patients, know what they are doing and they aren’t the kind of Physical Therapists who are hands off; they combine exercise and physical modalities to get you back up and running literally!
Christian is kind and caring. He explains the exercises I need to do and is patient when I ask a million questions.
