This review is long overdue. 😅 I’ve had a lovely experience at this NovaCare location. Hannah is friendly, professional, and encouraging. I’ve made significant progress working with her and sometimes Nick (something I haven’t really experienced with PT before). I always leave feeling supported, motivated, and accomplished. 🙌🏽 I also like that they have specialized programs for people who might need extra care during tougher times. I can't thank Hannah enough for everything she’s done over the past five+ months. She is an outstanding physical therapist who went above and beyond to help me. The other PTs were also amazing, helpful and encouraging throughout the process. After some terrible experiences with previous PT offices, I swore to never do PT again. NOVA Guilford is an extraordinary place. It's a team that brings out the best in all of their patients. I've had 14 back procedures, most recent 8/2024 and prior permanent nerve damage. After released to PT, I was introduced to my PT "go-to" Hannah. She is a gift from God. She cares about every single aspect of my wellbeing. It's the first of many PTs I TRUST!.
