I have enjoyed my Physical Therapy at NovaCare. All of the employees are courteous and interested in my progress.
Very professional competent admin staff...Relaxed clean facility...Well organized intake procedures...Lead PT practitioners and PTA 's are adequately trained and were very knowledgeable in accessing root cause of my injury... and developing a speedy get well plan of execution...
I've been to multiple physical therapy offices in my 65 years and have never found one so thorough. My initial exam was the most comprehensive I've ever had. The therapist in the aqua pool was specific to my needs and very helpful. All staff there is very friendly and the place is thoroughly clean. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I feel that I get personalized attention from my Physical Therapist, Hali Anderson. She listens well. In addition, I love the welcome I get from Dijania at the front desk. Scheduling several weeks at a time works well for me and I love that it’s encouraged.
