NovaCare of Richboro is a friendly and clean facility. The staff members are helpful, courteous and professional. My PT is John and he is wonderful. He is a good listener, did a great evaluation of my issues and has a comprehensive treatment plan for my needs. I highly recommend NovaCare to anyone in need of PT.
I called to see if I would be able to get an idea of pricing for PT. The receptionist only could tell me "no". There was no way to find out pricing for appointments until I was in the appointment. I called JAG PT (which is located right near novacare) and the lady quickly helped me look into the correct CPT number for treatment and is able to get me an idea of pricing. I was referred to Novacare by my Physician. John is an excellent therapist and helped me to eliminate hip pain. I highly recommend.
John is a very attentive therapist. He provides wonderful care to his patients. He helped me get a lot better on my painful knees. I highly recommend him.
