First time here, staff were super friendly and welcoming. Dana did my intake, very friendly and helpful with tips for my recovery.

The setup is customer-friendly. If you call, a person (Alison) answers the phone. Jennifer is the PT who has worked with me twice. The first session she listened and determined which routine would be best. I felt improvement immediately. The second session was even better than the first. I am grateful for their help.
I have used other PT in the past, this location and this therapist are the best I have ever had. Jennifer is fantastic! She listens and answers my questions and concerns. I have been several times and am getting help that is making a big difference in my daily life.
I appreciate the NovaCare staff a bunch! This location is relaxed and calm with the perfect amount of hands-on assistance. They offer aquatherapy, which I have found to be fantastic. I do have one suggestion - some of the pool equipment is old and worn out. Example - the velcro on the ankle weights is no longer functional. The float devices could also be cycled out. And this is a stretch request - but a spinner for swim suits, to get all the water out, would be AMAZING!
