I had a great experience at Novacare. The Physical therapists are beyond excellence. Sophie did not just do the standard PT treatment, she thought outside the box and would try something new based on my symptoms and wanted me to push to my potential without over doing it. If you are looking for a therapist that individualized your treatment and push you to full potential, this is the place.
I accidentally made an appt at the wrong nova care. Chip offered to treat me until I could get into the correct one. He listened intently to everything I said and offered me deep tissue work. I have been dealing with arm pain for a long time. I saw him twice for tissue work. Because of this I was able to have a couple pain free days ....which I haven't had in over 16 mths. Being able to listen to your patient and offer guidance is so important! If I can't resolve my issue, I'll be back!
