I like Brian because he was very good in pinpointing out that I had more than sciatica that I also have spinal stenosis. He is very good and very concerned to help relieve my pain. My MRi showed I had spinal stenosis and other problems.
I've only been here 3 times so far, but my experiences have been really good. It is very close to my house, clean, friendly and Brian has worked out a plan that I think will really help me. I left Monday with a great deal of soreness, but that is the point of going there. He pushes me hard, but it's for my own benefit, so I'm good with it. Unless something drastically changes, I would definitely recommend this NovaCare to other people needing PT.
The only thing I can say is he has given me hope that I will get and feel better. I’m 65 and my back has has given up on me. I used to be quite active walking 4-5 miles a day but fatigue and pain confined me to my couch and a remote controller. This combination weakened me and made my condition worse. I have hope that with PT and putting in the work at home with the exercises, I will be able to get back to my old self and help with my grandchildren soon.
