Pain and trouble sleeping first brought me to NovaCare (That and the fact that it's located inside my health club). Cheryl is very accommodating in scheduling appointments. Brad, the PT, has helped me work through the pain with exercises, stretching and other modalities. I am now sleeping again and I'm able to participate in the activities I enjoy. My only regret is that I waited so long to seek therapy!

Novacare has a good setup in a great fitness facility, giving the trainers the ability to warm up clients properly. Brad was awesome and personable. Made sure to discuss your progress and how things are feeling prior to each session and quickly modified the plan to match. Displayed a great ability to balance being careful of the injury while pushing the rehab to the right levels.

No one wants to be injured, but when I injured my calf mussel thankfully NovaCare was there to help. I found Dan, my PT, to be both genuinely knowledgeable and interesting to work with. He greatly sped my path to recovery using both encouragement and professional know how while the administrative staff worked out all of the details with my insurance company. Should you find yourself in need of PT, I can highly recommend the people at NovaCare.
