A couple of years ago I was receiving therapy for my neck back and spine and had to stop because of an aneurysm. Up to that point I was being helped considerately with finding relief of my pain. So after a 2 year absence I'm back and looking to have the same or a better outcome. I would like to thank my therapist Marvin Jez who helped me considerably then and I am excited he's still with Nova care currently. Let's continue the success we had in the past. I look forward to my sessions.

Don't trust these people on their billing.I was told by Cameron that my insurance covers all cost and then I got hit with a 230.00 bill. After contacting them about this, I was told to ignore it and continue my therapy. After 9 visits, I received a bill for $1128.00 and again was told not to worry about it. Then I was contacted by someone in the main office and it went to $1300.00 and was told too bad and just pay it. I am very disappointed in their actions. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !!!
I've been going to this Novacare location for about three months and find the entire staff knowledgeable, caring and friendly. Every therapist that's worked with me has been very willing to answer my questions and explain their treatment course as I've been doing rehab after two recent knee surgeries. I'm very satisfied with the care I get here and would not hesitate to recommend this facility and staff. Nancy L
