Great first appointment. Therapists were through, knowledgeable and personable.
As usual the therapist are very knowledgeable 😃 Eased off from a HR to 30 mins since I was in pain after my first session. Am very pleased 😀 with them at this time.
I went to the Sheffield Office on Sept 25th meet with a PT Tech and a Student PT Tech they spent 20-30 min going over my issues then about 20 minutes of exercise and Treatments. all was well I returned for my 2nd visit, I was sent to a new Guy, was very surprised that the 2 girls that worked on me on Friday were not part of my treatment, the new guy interduces himself as a Student PT, we go over to the treatment area and he begins by asking all the same questions that I was asked on Friday, had no idea about my condition. af... read more
So far, so good. I see why people go here, very knowledgeable staff!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about NovaCare Rehabilitation. From Mike at the Amherst surgery Center to James with my home PT and now my therapy at the Sheffield village Center, working with Julie, Nikki and Chris. Everyone has been attentive, supportive and really care about me as a person and that I received the best care possible and make the most progress possible. I would highly recommend.
