There is a problem with misleading advertisement stating to save time and no co-pays. nothing stated or requested during treatment. then joined the club then received demand for monies and I submitted a financial relief form when offered. completed it and turned it in to be notified it was to late the bill had gone into collections. now, i need to find an attorney to address the bait and switch to get patients in the door. Great experience and environment. After my rotator cuff surgery I didn't think I'd ever be able to use my arm again. Now I have full range thanks to Doug and staff.
