I would never go back here or refer anyone to go here for pelvic floor therapy. Judy made me feel so uncomfortable, acted like I was an idiot cause I wasnt answering the questions to her liking, and made me feel like I had no reason to be there. I only stayed at the appointment 15 mins before I literally ran out of the room. Now I understand why women suffer with this in silence and dont address pelvic floor issues.
The staff at NovaCare is very caring, and efficient. Karen, my therapist, understands my needs, is supportive and encouraging.

Yes, Karen was very helpful and clearly explained all the rehab routines that I needed to address my knee and back problems. She also coordinated it well with the other therapists, who were very helpful.
