I didn't know what to expect with my first visit at NovaCare but it turned into an experience I never anticipated. Lauren Gilley, PT was assigned to evaluating and prescribing the exercises that I need to eliminate the pain and tight muscles from my (2) lumbar fusion surgeries. After four visits and a special procedure using needles It was the first time in years I hadn't experienced lower back pain.
