My experience at NovaCare was great! Josh was very kind, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and he cares about his clients. He worked with me and helped my issue to improve. I received great care at this facility. I had recently switched insurance and Jessie contacted my insurance to ensure that my visits would be covered. That's great customer service.
