Not a good patient, but staff from receptionist to PT are accommodating and a joy to be around. I am ahead of schedule on rehab estimates and it is because of their help.
My experience at NovaCare was great! Josh was very kind, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and he cares about his clients. He worked with me and helped my issue to improve. I received great care at this facility. I had recently switched insurance and Jessie contacted my insurance to ensure that my visits would be covered. That's great customer service. I would definitely recommend this facility to others who need physical therapy. Thanks, Josh, Jessie, Bethany, and Brian!
