I recently completed PT at the Bellevue location and I find myself recommending it to friends and family even if they don't need it. Jessica is a top notch professional—friendly, compassionate, good sense of humor, and very knowledgeable and efficient. My back was hurting so bad that I found it hard to get out of bed in the morning. Within a few weeks, I was on the road to recovery and the progress never stopped until I was pain free.

Jessica and Karen will make your PT time pleasant, Karen will greet you and help you schedule and Jessica is the most wonderful therapist - I had pain 24/7 for months and was ready to have surgery - within just a few appointments the pain was going away and my life was returning to normal - now coming to the end of my PT time - my pain is gone and I owe that to Jessica - schedule your appointment now :)
I have given up on Nova Care. They have thwarted every attempt I have made to enter PT, despite my prescription. They have made scheduling, location, andcommunication mistakes that have cost me me weeks of lost time and frustration. There are multiple locations in Pittsburgh, but they don't communicate with each other. One hand does not wash the other. The front office desk people have no sense of concern for my dilemma.
