Great staff. Easy getting an appointment or changing one. Kudos to the trainers I had especially Bret,Joe, Kim and Chris. It was nice talking to Amanda and Beth also. I've been going there off and on the past three years. Highly recommended.
I went to Nova Care Rehabilitation Aliquippa site 2 different times. One was a year ago for a total right shoulder replacement & the second time was March of 2022 for a torn rotor cuff & scar tissue removal. Both times I had the therapist named Ryan Roman. I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE WORKERS AT MY LOCATION ARE DOING AN EXCELLANT JOB FROM THE GIRL WORKING THE DESK AS YOU WALK IN TO THE AMAZING 3 THERAPIST WHO HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY RECOVERY. THES 3 GIRLS ( I'M 72 YEARS OLD SO THEY'RE STILL GIRLS TO ME ) ARE ALWAYS PAYING ATTENTION TO EVERY PATIENT IN THE ROOM WHILE THEY ARE HELPING THEIR PATIENTS. THEY DON'T PUSH US ANY FURTHER THAN WE CAN DO, BUT MAKE US WANT TO TRY. I HAVE NOTICED MANY THINGS I CAN DO NOW THAT I COULDN'T DO BEFORE AND CAN SEE SOME IMPROVEMENT IN MY LEG MUSCLES.... read more
horrible, predatory service. The workers on sites are decently nice, and that's fine. Do yourself a favor, ask for their billing structure and costs :) If you're experience is anything like mine, you'll get the response "That depends on your insurance", and if you ask what BASE costs are before insurance it's "well that depends", with no real numbers given. RecommendedI had lofty goals for 2019. I entered 3 marathons. Because of over-training, I participated in only one. If it were not for for Ben, Tricia, and the rest of the amazing staff at NovaCare Allison Park, I might not have participated at all. I injured my right knee. Decided to head over to Pro Bike and Run in North Park for a once over. Tricia made me feel very comfortable and gave solid answers to each of my questions.
