6/5 stars. Do yourself a favor and get your physical therapy done here. I worked with Dylan on both my ankle and shoulder and he was AMAZING. Best physical therapy experience I've had by a mile. Dylan is so knowledgeable. I told him I had a shoulder injury that was an overuse injury from swimming and he had me do a bunch of positioning where he pushed on my arms in different positions and then he delivered this very specific diagnosis of what exactly was going wrong. NovaCare is an amazing rehabilitation service. They are so kind. They listen and care about your needs and they work with you the whole time your with them. Loved my experience with NovaCare.
I have been going to NovaCare Bancroft for the last two weeks. I must say that the therapist is very calm and soft-spoken. She knows her job and explains in detail what she is doing and why. The overall experience is excellent. I would recommend that anyone visit the clinic and see Daphne.
