I've been to several Physical Therapists over the years from multiple knee operations. By far and away Physiotherapy Associates run by Therapist Michelle Beers is the best I've ever been too. Michelle is very knowledgeable, thourough, and professional. The business is run well , never had a problem getting an appointment , or any problems with them billing my health insurance. I highly recommend them and their facility to anyone who needs rehabilitation. You'll get the personal attention you need!
What a terrible experience. I pay 630.00 a month for BC/BS top health insurance and have a 3,200.00 deductible. I was referred to this PT by another Dr. I set an appointment last week. When the day of my appointment comes they call me 2 hours before it and say since you have not met your deductible you are 100% responsible for all their high priced services. They could of told me much sooner. Seeing that they did not even know if they could help my condition. So Sad.
