I was dissatisfied with the care I received from my therapist, Jashua. On multiple occasions, he sent someone else to provide my treatment instead of seeing me himself, which made me feel that my care was not being taken seriously. I also felt that I was treated differently because of my race, and I perceived his approach as unprofessional and lacking effort. Overall, I did not feel respected or adequately cared for
I truly appreciate the care I receive at Nova Care facility, the staff are very attentive to your needs. I most definitely recommend Nova Care for treatment. The therapist are amazing Josh, David, Kasey plus the new tech Timera and the receptionist Tiffany is great. This is a great way to get your strength back where you fall short. This staff is great with getting you back on your feet.

I've never had to attend physical therapy, Tiffany is the receptionist and she is so happy and joyful every time I go. The Physical therapist themselves truly want you to get better. IEven tho my Therapist Kiara is leaving and moving somewhere else, with Dennis and Joshua she is leaving me in great and capable hands. If I had to recommend somewhere to go for Physical therapy it would be Nova Care Everytime.
Working with Dr. Dennis, he is great!
