I've only had one appointment with Abby so far, but she's awesome. She listened to all of my concerns and previous history with pelvic pain, and she explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. I was nervous about pelvic floor P/T, but she reassured me that I have autonomy, and that I don't have to do anything that makes me uncomfortable.
Jake is the best example of quality care; knowledge, patience, encouragement and above all listening to patients. This then filters down to everyone who work there...interns, assistants, office personmel and new patients!
