I have used Nova Care before and have been pleased with each experience. This visit was with Kendra and she helped me prepare for a total knee replacement surgery. We went over using a walker. She did an initial assessment of my movement and flexibility. Then went over the initial exercise plan I can do after surgery. All this was done with respect and professionalism. I would recommend the Nova Care team to anyone requiring physical therapy.
I am very impressed with NovaCare! In the past I have gone to other therapy places and it was a very sad joke that actually made my issue worse. I was a bit hesitant going for Physical Therapy because of this. I am very very pleased. I got assessed by Kris who is amazingly knowledgeable about different types of vertigo. He spent a very long time with me answering questions from me and my husband. I went thru a lot of testing that I have never seen before but he put me at ease thru it all.
