Kevin makes you feel very safe and comfortable. He always checks to make sure you you are doing the exercises correctly and not pushing too hard.
Kevin is very easy to work with, great personality, and thorough! Kevin takes the time to explain the exercise and walk you through it and stays with you just to make sure you’re accomplishing you exercise correctly, awesome!
