It was time for my prescription and my doctor sent in a request to increase my medication and THEY decided to send me the prescription I had previously. They didn't prescribe what came in from my doctor and they want to blame me for getting the wrong one. This is truly their fault and they need to make it right. If I could give zero stars I would. Payed cash $149 for wegovy. I was supposed to get it Monday but here it is Wednesday and you still haven't even shipped it. I'm so not happy with yall at all
I had no issues with getting the medication I needed once my Dr sent the script I made payment it was on the way ,,I love the fact that the medication is affordable that is the best part

If I could give zero stars I would. I am new to this Novacare. It has been only one week, and a I still can't get in touch with the pharmacy. I am writing this while I AM ON HOLD for over an hour. This has happed twice to me, the last time I hung up and called again and said I was a physician, guess what my call was answered in 5 minutes. I am only involved with this Novacare because I don't want to pay for my Wegovy out of pocket which would cost me $1,000!!
