I had such a great experience here! Shannon is amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The place is clean and looks luxurious, it feels like a spa. They make sure you’re treated right from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out!

Brenna was the best wax I’ve ever had. The new studio is absolutely adorable, they make you feel great, the atmosphere with music and extra cream or oil made a world of a difference!

Avoid this business. I had a medical emergency just a couple of hours before my scheduled appointment and called to explain the situation. Despite this, the owner insisted on charging the cancellation fee, stating: “sorry, cancellation fee still applies, we need your money to keep our lights on.” What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of compassion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I had to go to emerg a couple hours before my appointment, tried calling and explaining the situation and the owner said: "sorry, cancellation fee still applies, we need your money to keep our lights on." She then proceeded to imply I was lying by saying I should have known this would happen. Brennan is a heartless, merciless owner who only cares about profit. Please boycott this place.
