Lou is a true expert and master of his craft. Professional, polite and honest. I purchased a Sebo E3 Professional after getting counsel from him on what I needed and the strengths of various models. He also refurbished an older Miele vacuum for me in one afternoon for a fair price. I can't recommend him and Nova Vacuum high enough. Thank you, Lou!
