Lou offered us the best price by far of all the local vacuum dealers, and included an 8-pack of bags for free. He had it personally delivered and assembled at my house the same day, with no extra charge! I live an hour away, and he had his guy on route as soon as I purchased it. We are very happy with our Sebo Felix, and are happy to have purchased from his in-stock inventory, since tariffs are now in effect and add $100 to the vacuum cost. I recently had central vacuum installed in existing home we purchased a year ago . I had received an estimate for installation from a Leesburg dealer that was more than double what Lou’s charges were!!! He is so knowledgeable about the system he represents, the installation procedure, timely return calls to ALL my questions. Excellent service. Had the supplies I needed in stock and went above and beyond by cleaning my equipment.
Lou and David was informed of our issue, troubleshoot right on the spot and service our vacuum in under an hour. When we returned to pick it up he informed us of the issue and the fix and I greatly appreciate the customer service and the additional information received. I will definitely be coming back!
