Lou, the owner, is super sweet and very knowledgeable! He was able to get our 20-year old Dyson upright running like new. Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend this business!
Unprofessional and Hostile Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience with Nova Vacuums. I dropped off my Miele vacuum on Saturday, August 8, simply to have it looked at and find out what the repair would cost. On Wednesday, August 12 at 1:33 PM, I received a voicemail from Lou regarding my vacuum, followed by a text message at 1:36 PM asking me to call. Lou is a true expert and master of his craft. Professional, polite and honest. I purchased a Sebo E3 Professional after getting counsel from him on what I needed and the strengths of various models. He also refurbished an older Miele vacuum for me in one afternoon for a fair price. I can't recommend him and Nova Vacuum high enough. Thank you, Lou!
