This place sucks!
Lou was super knowledgeable. We got our vacuum repaired in a day, saving tons of time and money! Will come back any time we need sales or service.
Lou is great! Needed a part that couldn’t find and he scavenged an old vacuum from another store. He didn’t charge anything! Said we don’t nickel and dime customers. Highly recommend them!
The Warrenton shop is a great place with amazing customer service. Very refreshing and highly recommend to anyone with vacuum needs.
We have been going to NOVA vacuums for years Lou the owner is amazing. He’s honest he’s fast he’s professional. He does an amazing job. It’s so lucky to have him here. He knows everything about vacuums and he sells vacuums. If you need a vacuum it’s the place to go!! You cannot find places like this anymore. It’s rare that you can find place that does such a great job. All the people who work for him are very nice and polite and professional
