Started shopping for a vacuum weeks ago. On a whim I looked up local dealers for some of the brands I was shopping for. Found Nova vacuums and sent them an inquiry around midnight while in bed on a Saturday night. Woke up to a reply from Lou, this was shocking to me. Answered me on a Sunday morning. Great service. Lou and one other staff member helped us pick out a new vacuum, which we settled on a Sebo. Gave us competitive pricing, and did not pressure us to purchase when we left to think over the options recommended.

Lou was very helpful to assist picking the right vacuum for my needs He was patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained the differences between models. Price was comparable to online. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vacuum to go to Nova Vacuums to purchase.

If you are in the market for a new vacuum or just want yours repaired, I highly recommend NOVA VACUUMS. We have used them for repairs a few times in the past and they never tried to push a purchase on us. When we decided to buy new vacuum we asked the owner his advice. Rather than just pushing the most expensive one, he asked us lots of questions to help us determine what kind of vacuum would best meet our needs. The owner really knows vacuums. Good people, good company.

Lou is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful; I have been to his place of business several times in the past for equipment repairs. In this most recent interaction, we took in an older, heavier vacuum and traded it in for a new SEBO Felix Premium. Since the new vacuum was on temporary back order, Lou arranged to have it delivered and set up at our home after the machine was shipped to his store.
