RUN, DON'T WALK! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! IMO If I could give them a -5 stars I would. I buy a lot of properties and I've never run into such an unprofessional company. They missed a $1818.15 lien on property from the city for cutting the lawn while it was under foreclosure. They never caught it! Mainly because they didn't do their due diligence!
