If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The worst experience I've ever had with a business. I purchased a Groupon for oil change, tire rotation and comprehensive vehicle check. Was told needed to wait 3-4 hours so I decided to get the vehicle inspected in the meantime. The manager then came to me an said I failed the inspection because of a break issue, but that they could fix them and then pass the inspection. I found this shop through a Groupon and expected some upselling after the oil change, but I did not expect to be misled. I was told my car had multiple urgent issues and was even advised to leave it because it supposedly would not be drivable within a week. After getting a second opinion, I learned that none of the recommended repairs were urgent or necessary at this time. This experience felt like a pressure tactic rather than an honest assessment.
