Came twice to try to get an oil change bc I had a Groupon. They turned me away at 5 PM and at 2 PM bc the female mechanic "doesn't want to be here until late". She was very rude and unprofessional. Don't sell Groupons if you don't honor them and tell me that I need to be here at 7 AM to get an oil change "like everyone else". I will report them to Groupon too. Really bad experience. Don't go here. Better spend a bit more and get proper service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place tried to play games with me from the moment I bought the Groupon. The manager repeatedly pressured me to cancel my Groupon and pay them directly, even though Groupon wouldn’t let me cancel it. They knew that and still kept pushing. I had a great experience at NOVA Tire & Auto! Max was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows what they’re doing but also makes sure you understand what’s going on with your car. I felt informed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I had a Groupon for their service, but they refused to work on my car twice, telling me to come back another day and that it would take over four hours. The short, skinny woman working there was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the man assisting her was also disrespectful toward customers. Overall, the staff’s attitude was terrible, and the service was completely unacceptable.
