My first time here, and I came at 8, but they don't start until 9. I spoke with Carlos, and he was more than happy to let me get my oil change. Very good customer service, and the price wasn't bad at all. Thank you, and I will come back again. Thanks, Carlos!
0000000 They refused to serve me because I didn't book my oil change directly with them! They said Im not considered a customer because I paid through Groupon and didn't want to serve me despite being the 1st in line! But the lady responsible marked my voucher as redeemed!!!
Very rude, don’t waste tour time. I went for a flat tire, went i side asking a guy between 40-50 yrs, wearing glasses and do the inspection, about if they do it, he started to shout at me telling me I shouldn’t be here and that insurance will get to them if they see me! I asked if there was 1 sign that says don’t do inside then he stopped talking. EXTREMELY RUDE!!
I took time out of my early Saturday morning to get my oil changed. Sign says they open at 7am Mon-sat. Got here at 715. Still not open. Attendant said they should be in around 8-830. 830 is now here and no one is here. If I hadn’t already paid for my Groupon I would have dipped. I don’t think I will be back after this.
