I came to NOVA Tire & Auto for an oil change because of the pricing, but I will definitely be back because of the people and the service. Nikki worked on my car and handled the oil change, tire rotation, and a full check for any issues. She has an amazing personality and tons of energy. The oil changes are first come first served and were already done for the day when I came at 1:45pm Wednesday. Arrive in the morning even on weekdays if you want higher odds of being able to get in. I then came back at 10:30am Thursday, and the wait was already 5 hours long. They have a waiting room with slot machines, maybe this is how the can do oil changes so cheaply? If you don't live nearby and don't have a whole day to spare, look for somewhere else that allows appointments.

I came in expecting basic professionalism and customer service, but unfortunately had a very poor experience. First, no one notified me that my vehicle was ready. Second, the woman (the short mechanic) who assisted me was dismissive, condescending, and unnecessarily rude from the start. She even sarcastically questioned my decision not to move forward with a brake service, which was completely unprofessional.
