What a neighbourhood gem, we are so lucky to have people and places like this in the community that focus on the whole body as a source of health and wellbeing. I came here for some shoulder re-hab in their incredible Novothor infra-red pod and now come to yoga once a week and might even get into some kung fu. They also do meditation and physical therapy. So if you're into your sports, relaxation or just improving your general life performance this place must be on your list of places to visit. Highly recommended.
