Their scheduled calls isn’t complicated to set up , but an inconvenience like what happened to just answering phone calls I have to setup an appointment I get it but society is getting so disconnected. The interface is a calendar but seems like everyday is a busy day geez I hear good things but I’ll skip the scheduling maybe they are good but like they seem kinda busy maybe a smaller business and it might be worth a try I haven’t even got my taxes done with them but the calendar turned me off
So I thought that this tax place would be different from all the others but turns out it’s standards are mediocre. Please let me explain why, initially when I had contacted Tami and her business I was received immediately and warmly when I explained I was a veteran and that my issue was in a sense unique to many others Tami expressed concern and real empathy and it seemed that they would resolve my issue but Instead I have dealt with nothing but headaches and questions.
