Tom Lutke is an amazing guy! The price quote for our boundar survey was fair, and the quality of research he did was astounding and so thorough. My survey came in the mail with an invoice, 5 copies of the survey and even a laminated copy. Tom kept us updated every step of the way and never expressed frustration with any calls we placed to him.
