My experience outside if the front desk reception is specifically with Dr. Man. As one would expect, the staff is friendly, but above that, they remember little details about your file which makes for a better experience not having to tell your situation repeatedly. And Dr. Man is incredibly efficient at the acupuncture process. He moves at the pace comfortable for you, and is very thorough in his pre-treatment consults. You will be doing yourself a favour coming here.
Working on adjusting the spine takes time but I am OK with that

I had a wonderful visit at my appointment yesterday and I always do. The entire staff right from reception to the Dr treated me very well and I would recommend their service to anyone.And of course I felt much improved after my treatment.Thank you to the whole lovely professional staff.
