Nova sent me my mc1 b12( weight loss meds ) and it feels like Im injecting water with food coloring I hope the owner is not gonna try to argue with me or be snarky. Have had nothing but an amazing experience with Nova Specialty Pharmacy! Dr. Obi and his team have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish every time. I would recommend you use them without hesitation, Dr. Obi himself has reached out to me numerous times just to check in and make sure all is going well. You just don't see that type of service anymore. Thank you to Dr. Obi and Nova Specialty Pharmacy.
I canceled my prescription and they sent me more u.p.s. overnight delivery. The nad+ is not doing anything for me and I'm having a reaction to it. But yet they send me more. I'm contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is ridiculous!!

I called this pharmacy several times in reference to compounded semaglutide. I paid $335.99 on 09/28 to start the medication. It is now 10/29 and I still haven't received this medication yet. The last conversation I had with this pharmacy was on 10/28. I was promised that the medication would arrive before end of day today, 10/29. It is now 7:15pm.....no medication still. So do I report this incident to BBB and my credit card company as fraud? Yes, indeed!
