Today is Thursday. I have been calling Nova Solicitors since Monday (twice a day) just to open up a case regarding the lease extension of my flat. Each time Nova Solicitors answered my phone call, they were asking me for the same details (name, reason for me call, taking my phone number) and promising to call me back the same day (morning and afternoon). Awful just awful avoid at all costs they are incompetent unresponsive and untrueful. They are involved with the sale of my property and have consistently needed my solicitor and estate agents to tell them how to do their job properly again avoid at all cost

Fantastic service and very highly recommended. I just wanted to give Yasmin 5 stars for completing and finalising for me what was an extremely complex and time consuming transaction where she acted on my behalf for a transfer and lease extension as well dealing with my mortgage lenders. She's very meticulous in what she does and looks at every fine detail. I wound definitely recommend and use this firm again as she provided excellent service at an affordable rate in comparison to other firms.
