Today is Thursday. I have been calling Nova Solicitors since Monday (twice a day) just to open up a case regarding the lease extension of my flat. Awful just awful avoid at all costs they are incompetent unresponsive and untrueful. They are involved with the sale of my property and have consistently needed my solicitor and estate agents to tell them how to do their job properly again avoid at all cost
