Just leaving a quick response for my mother In-law, she ordered boots from this company on December 22nd and with communication back-and-forth from the company she still hasn't received them. Since she asked for a refund, they have stopped communicating with her. The tracking number they gave her does not exist. That is directly from the delivery company. I would be very careful when ordering from them.
