Extremely unprofessional, employees look like they just walked out of Rikers Island. Hired by Franklinville village to replace sewar lines. Currently they are at 250 mistakes and counting. Tore up my yard and re-did 7/8ths of my driveway in August but then the Nova employees got into a verbal screaming match and left. Made several calls with them leading me along saying that they are on it, going to fix it, my voice is not falling on deaf ears etc...now they are saying perhaps next spring they will fix it?
