This our 4th time working with Kip and we couldn't be happier. Kip's knowledge of the market and his professionalism is second to none! He kept us informed throughout the whole process and when we reached out to him with questions or advice he got back to us immediately. We have and would recommend Kip to anyone looking for assistance in the real estate market. Thanks again Kip and as always it's been a pleasure working with you!! Carol and George

Very disappointed in the agent's transaction with an elderly seller who was new to the real estate market. Not informative. Did not explain the process. Encouraged a quick sale by taking advantage of the seller, to make month end quota I'd say. Uses one of the most expensive legal firms in HRM and did not explain options to seller. I will not recommend this agent.
