Very disappointed in the agent's transaction with an elderly seller who was new to the real estate market. Not informative. Did not explain the process. Encouraged a quick sale by taking advantage of the seller, to make month end quota I'd say. Uses one of the most expensive legal firms in HRM and did not explain options to seller. I will not recommend this agent.
