Called on June 20th around 830 pm or so to report my power was going off and on randomly. The person who answered the phone clearly should not be in the position they are in based on the response I received. Told me to go to my basement and flick my breakers off and on . This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard . Then a few hours later we have a house fire in the neighborhood . Coincidence? Maybe ,or maybe not. Maybe when people call concerned about a power issue have someone who has a clue answering the phone .
Your website is as useful as a dead deer on the road
Be nice if they would actually do their job or even some preventative measures, worst power company in the country for sure.
Works here with a third party company, great people, great place. Always customer oriented staff. Impressive
