One Audiologist is kind of rude, speaks in medical terms and a person leaves more confused about what is wrong.Also tends to "almost yell" @ pts who can't hear her.U do not do that to hearing impaired!!! Treats adults like children during tests.(a stuffed teddy bear). Went 2 times never again!!!! I'll travel elsewhere.
