I went to the pain clinic for my back and found the nicest, caring people there. They are so kind and thoughtful. They knew it was my first time and they explained every step to me. They made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Big Thank you to the wonderful staff and to Dr. Mac Neil.
Lack of empathy Policies for missed appt not posted or informed to patients at anytime in 3 yrs of going there. Curt and sarcastic. We need someone with some sort of skill set to deal with patients on a human level.
