Such great service. As a working professional they were able to accommodate my hours. Tom cleaned my carpet. He was very clear, kind and respectful. He did wonderful work. My carpet looks brand new. Everyone I interacted with in this company went above and beyond to suit my needs. I will recommend them to anyone!
After spending a long day with Tom, I realized what a true professional he was. He explained everything he did and worked hard and long. He even showed me how to put filters in my furnace which was tricky. He is very trustworthy and cleaned up thoroughly. The house smelled so clean and fresh! The carpets looked amazing and the old sofa sectional which had spots and stains from 2 toddlers looked almost new.
Great customer service and communication. Friendly staff seems very detail oriented. Our couch and carpets looked brand new when they were done.
