Thomas is great to work with. Very responsive, and very accountable. There was an issue that arose at the end whether a separate, small part of the roof had in fact been replaced. Thomas looked into the matter, and when he discovered that the workers had overlooked that part of the roof, he had them return promptly to finish the job. He took immediate corrective action even though final payment had already been made. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOVA ROOFTEK! My townhouse decided to start leaking copious amounts of rainwater in our upstairs bathroom due to a roof leak. This caused the drywall to sag and form a hole. It’s a townhouse that’s only 9 years old, so you wouldn’t expect roof problems. I was also concerned it being so close to the holidays that I would have to wait for a fix. Highly recommend Nova Rooftek, I’ve used them on commercial properties that I manage as well as on my own residence. After having no fewer than three other firms assess the roof on my business, they were the only ones who could figure out where the leak was coming from. They are responsive, fairly priced, and the work is excellent. No callbacks, even on a new roof after a serious thunderstorm.

Awesome job!! Timely response to my requests and needs. The Nova Rooftek team did an amazing job on replacing the roof, shingles and gutters on my garage. They showed up at the scheduled time and completed the job in record time. I will definitely recommend Nova Rooftek to my family and friends.
