Thomas was wonderful, answered all questions, the crew that replaced my roof were professional, communicative, and did an amazing job on clean up, even took giant magnets around to make sure no nails were left on the ground that could tear up dog paws. The roof looks amazing and was put in in one day.
Had a design flaw from my builder. Nova Rooftek went above and beyond to assess the damage and implement a fix that mitigation the design flaw. Communication was excellent, I received a report complete with pictures of all repair done to my house. The crew working my roof issues were true professionals, a storm popped up and they continued to work through it to complete my repairs. If that wasn't enough, they cleaned up all of materials and trash during the storm. Truly exceptional service.
We had damage to our home from a large tree after a storm. I submitted a quote request over the weekend and received a reply within 24 hours (on a weekend!) Working with them was easy, professional and courteous. The quality of the work was very good as well. Highly recommend.
