I walked into my first visit, and the therapist didn’t really ask about my symptom or even want to see my MRI. He showed me a few exercises and left me with a heating pad. I have never been to a physical therapist that seemed so unqualified. I walked out of my appointment.
I'm extremely disappointed with Nova Rehab's appointment scheduling process. Despite canceling all my appointments, they continued to schedule new ones without my consent. I received numerous calls and texts, which felt like harassment. The physiotherapist I worked with didn't provide much relief from my pain. Overall, my experience was frustrating and unhelpful. I wish Google gave me an option to select zero star for the rating.

Likely the best physical therapy I’ve had. Charles is super friendly and knowledgeable, and pushes you just enough to make progress without too much discomfort. Very kind and helped me learn the reasons behind my issues, how to fix and prevent. Recommended by my orthopedic dr, easy to see why.
