Horrible place to live - homeless people constantly in the lobby. Have had several frightening experiences with homeless people in the lobby - neither the management, building owner, nor police do anything. In addition, a building is being constructed next door - construction occurs on Saturdays and starts at 5am frequently. The area in which this apartment building is filthy - trash everywhere, people do not clean up after their pets, homeless people everywhere.
