Close to the MBTA and Amtrak, Helps with Boston commute, decent rent for the area, bunch of restaurants, and a garage to park in. Overall had really great experience with the move in too. Sofya has always been quick to response, and is always friendly. She even reminds me when I have packages (Which I honestly always forget)! From what I've toured, it's decent place for the price :)
My years here were super fantastic! The management team, especially Sofya and Ahmed, is incredibly responsive and helpful, making everything easy to go. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and made for a peaceful living experience :) It was the perfect first home as I started my career. I’m truly sad to relocate, but I’ll always remember my time here fondly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!
I officially move in, in December. The staff were very helpful. They were quick to respond to all my questions. They helped with move in procedures and were very friendly. I'm very appreciative for the great service.
I lived at Nova Quincy Apartments for around 1.5 years after moving to the USA. After viewing multiple options, Nova Quincy stood out for its excellent value, cleanliness, and fantastic short-term lease option, which was ideal for my initial short term assignment.
