I have now boarded my Parrotlet here twice, and they are simply the best. Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. I have always felt my bird is in great hands when I board them there. I plan on using them again in the future.
Our experience with NPHC came by way of our Bearded Dragon, Wü, whos was in need of a vet's attention. Of the vets listed on Google which offer services for exotic animals, we wound up visiting Dr. B. I was impressed with his professionalism and genuine compassion for animals. I'm thankful for having found this team.
Dr Masood and his team are amazing at Nova Pets. They really listen, are kind and compassionate. Costs are reasonable and explained up front. We rescued a cat almost a year ago. He had been in rough circumstances before we got him, and was pretty unwell. He was underweight, fatigued, didn’t groom himself, poor appetite, often hiding from us. Great caring staff. We took our floppy eared dog in for his bi-annual ear infection and it was cleaned up and medicated. Also, got some more Adequan. It has been a life saver for our elderly pet, definitely giving him relief for his back legs and allowing him to go up stairs, run, etc., more easily.
