I brought my pet to Nova Pets Health Center hoping for care and guidance, but left feeling like I was just another bill to be processed. From the moment we arrived, the focus seemed to be on upselling services rather than actually listening to my concerns or explaining what was truly necessary. Dr. Masood was amazing with my dog, Jaycee. This was my first time going to this clinic as I just moved into the area. I took her in for a check up and, for once, she didn't have any of her normal vet related behavior issues. I think part of that reason was the amazing care that Keisha and Faezea took when approaching Jaycee. Can't recommend this office enough!!

Took my cat here for a monthly shot he has to be getting. The staff was incredible and I love all the little animals that are apart of the staff. I love this place and I can’t wait to come back.
