We had a great experience with NoVa Pets, I took my dog there for a diagnosis (CCL) and she was treated great, Dc Masood explained us what she had and what was the best option for her considering her age and current state. We were able to schedule the surgery right away and the surgery went great, she was walking and in great condition when picked her up the next day. We are super happy!
We have had great experiences at Nova Pets Health Center with Dr. Masood and all of the vet techs. Our cat was not doing well and they were helpful and understanding. We now need to board her which we do at Nova Pets Health Center and they are always helpful and very caring with the animals.
We got in fast and the staff, including vet were amazing. Provided options along with pluses and minuses of each, wirh appropriate attention to cost.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Keisha! She is truly one in a million. I recently boarded my kitten and was very nervous about leaving her, but she went above and beyond to make the experience stress free for both of us. She took the absolute best care of my kitten, treating her with so much love, patience, and genuine kindness. What stood out most was how thoughtful and reassuring she was. We recently switched vet's over to NOVA Pet's and absolutely love them. Dr. Masood and front desk staff are so friendly, responsive and helpful. Pricing is beyond reasonable (our previous vet was charging us DOUBLE what NOVA does). Couldn't recommend this place enough! They even have office birds & cats. LOVE!
