I took our 12 year old cat in for a wellness check. Dr. Baynes was very professional and knowledgeable, and handled our baby as if he was his own. He answered all my questions fully and without using “vet speak”, no jargon. I highly recommend this vet service.
First time coming to this location for dog boarding. Super easy check-in. Clean facility. Very big area, so dogs have plenty of space. My dog was here for 10 days. Very good price. When picking up my dog, it was very easy, my dog was returned to me, nice and clean and well behaved. I came in on the weekend after my regular vet said they didn’t have any more appointments and that I needed to call around and get my cat seen, I talked to Keisha she let me come in after I explained the emergency with my cat. She explained everything and helped me pick the best course of action, so happy I chose them for my emergency
We had a great experience with NoVa Pets, I took my dog there for a diagnosis (CCL) and she was treated great, Dc Masood explained us what she had and what was the best option for her considering her age and current state. We were able to schedule the surgery right away and the surgery went great, she was walking and in great condition when picked her up the next day. We are super happy!
We have had great experiences at Nova Pets Health Center with Dr. Masood and all of the vet techs. Our cat was not doing well and they were helpful and understanding. We now need to board her which we do at Nova Pets Health Center and they are always helpful and very caring with the animals.
