Very nice and helpful people here. They sell directly to the public, but I recommend calling them to make an appointment. They sell a variety of products for the elderly and handicapped.
Best customer service of all companies. My husband has purchased two different walking canes from this company and both are excellent.
My 86 year old father received his rollator and life is better than ever. We can walk together at the big box stores. No need for the electric buggies. He gets exercise! And the people at Nova are awesome. Customer service is really good . The product quality is top notch and the prices are reasonable. I can't say enough. Wish we found them much earlier.
Fantastic people work there. I went quickly to see if they had wheelchair parts and they were super helpful. Thanks!
